I just wasted like two hours trying to convince eBay that the credit card that is just fine for paying my eBay fees, was acceptable to set up a giving account. To make a long and frustrating story much shorter, no joy. So instead of listing this ACEO for sale as a charity benefit – it’s going to just have to be a regular listing and *oh horrors* the money will go to the artist who created it. I know how that really makes buyers angry – but I can’t help it.

*Taking a deep breath* My only conclusion can be that the Universe thinks I’ve given quite enough to charity, and I might want to actually sell my art for money to pay for my own living expenses. Well, if I have to.

This is the first in a series of 18 ACEOs I am going to be putting up at auction. Here’s what it looks like:

I chose six of my original digital line drawings from the over 300 available at Color-Your-Own.com and printed three sheets – so there are three each of six different horse drawings. I will hand color each of them and put them up at auction as I complete each one. Hopefully about one a day. Mind you, today is Halloween, I have housework to do before I go out tonight, so the next one may be delayed a bit. Anyway – this particular drawing is a showy warmblood stallion in black bay colored by hand with colored pencil. The front has my initials, and the back will be hand signed by me. I’ve also updated a few of my Squidoo lenses. The Mustang lens now has an update about a meeting being held in Reno, NV by the BLM to make decisions regarding the care and maintenence of Mustangs on public land in the west.. The public is allowed to attend and address the board, the details are on the lens. I also added just a tiny update on Sierra County, NM and I love Halloween – Samhain to mention the amusing custom of strolling Broadway here in T or C and that I’d be out there with the rest of the freaks.

I’ve gotten a lot done today, I guess it just doesn’t quite seem that way. Probably because I feel I wasted a lot of time being frustrated with eBay and also dealing with their lies. It really annoys the hell out of me to be lied to right to my face. Or well, over IM or in a “help” page (yes, you may call us – if you can find the phone number because we ain’t never gonna give you one because there ISN’T one – actually, you cannot call us but we’ll hope you don’t notice that because of all the flashing colored lights…and anything that is wrong is obviously your own damn fault because we are never, eveeah wrong) Actually, I’m not saying they are wrong – but it seems strange that the credit card I use to pay their fees is not, according to them, a valid credit card when it comes to making a charitable donation.

The hubby is home and it seems that this may mean that I will no longer accomplish anything at all of the plans I have made. I only make plans so my hubby has a starting place to fuck with me HHHHH

Okay…time to run along, and make an attempt at least!
