A red bluff overlooking the lake we camped next to in Bottomless Lakes State Park near Roswell, NM. We loved Roswell, and we especially loved this park. The lakes are perfect for swimming, and some allow boating as well. We watched an Osprey hunting fish over this one, and in the late evening a huge skunk flowed his way down that big red bluff. One of the rangers saw us admiring him, and told us that the skunk visited the trash cans every night and seemed to believe that this was actually HIS campground/pantry.

I’m trying something on the WP that I think just might make it where I can write several posts and then leave them to post automatically over several days. We’ll see if it works tomorrow…
