Bandwidth Theft
Do Not Steal My Bandwidth
I give you my work - my creative product - for free with no strings attached. Do not disrespect me by stealing bandwidth from me.

When I catch you - and I will - I will replace the image you are linked to with some extremely obscene p0rnography - and then report you. Not to the police - silly - to your ISP, to your blog provider, to eBay, to whoever you are using that image on and then you'll be banned for p0rn :D

Most thieves claim they did not know it was theft - This article explains it in depth. So read it.

Updates

I’ve just updated with a new theme and some other minor changes. I really like the new look – do you?

There will also be some other changes that I hope will result in more frequent updates and additions. I’m going to stop setting seperate pages up at the website and just put all of the clipart directly into the blog here. I can post thumbnails and link them to larger images (I think). All in all WP is becoming ever better at content management and it seems to me it would be simpler now for me to just post new artwork and boom there it is available for you without me having to code a new webpage, or work a new image into an older one.

Due to my husbands failing health I am going to have to return to work, so anything that makes life a little easier and more efficent is welcome!

Create your own clip art

Line Art

Line Art

One great way to have clip art you can use without restriction, is to color line art or coloring pages and then put them on your computer. For that matter, if you have MS Paint (and if you have a PC with Windows – you do) you can color these line arts right on your computer.

I create line art for coloring pages for my website, Color-Your-Own.com. If you look, you will see that I often create that line art, then color a few versions to put up on the free public domain clip art website. No reason you can’t use the line art to create your own clipart!

Now you can download this line art in a PDF file. You can buy all the cats, or all the dogs, or just go for the gusto and download all 360+ images in The Big Coloring Book. And oh yeah – it’s a cool coloring book for older children or adults, too!

More public domain clip art resources

I just finished making a Squidoo lens to share my own favorite public domain clip art resources. Most of them are free. If you are looking for some public domain clip art, or you use a lot of clip art like I do – check it out!

New Christmas Clipart – Santa’s helper with a gift

Wow, this file was determined to be difficult! This is my own original artwork of a girl in a Santa suit holding a gift for you. I created it for my A Gift of Laughter Video Showcase. The lens is not quite done yet – but you can still enjoy the free public domain clip art. I also have Free Printable Christmas Coloring Pages to enjoy – don’t forget! This pretty girl is about to go up as a new coloring page, too.

Enjoy!

I am best known for my greyhound clip art – but I have a number of other breeds available, too;

This is me – sleepy! I’m out of here for tonight! Enjoy!

Free Public Domain Cat Clip Art

Whew – I just finished uploading and tweaking the cat clip art pages. All four of ‘em! There are two pages of cartoon type cats – spooky cats for halloween, and some silly kittys doing yoga. Then there are two pages of realistic cats – a page of Oriental Shorthairs, and a page of Siamese cats. Those two pages contain some of the digital art I am most proud of:

I have to take a deep breath and tackle the immense dog clip art collection…

Yes, all of this cat clip art is free and released into the public domain by the artist – me –

New Halloween Clipart for 2009!

cat jack-o-lantern free clip art

cat jack-o-lantern free clip art

I just got done creating this little bit of fun clip art for Halloween for this year. That black cat looks awful pleased with herself as she cleans her paws – you suppose she carved that cat jack-o-lantern all by herself? Click on the kitty to go to the webpage and find more black cats and a larger version.

I added this design at my Zazzle shop, too – and created a halloween magnet with it. Zazzle doesn’t work very well with my ISP at home, so that’s all I’ve gotten done. Perhaps later this week I’ll get in to town and create more Halloween greeting cards and postage and so on at Zazzle.

Enjoy!

Halloween – Samhain Clip Art Added

I must have been coding webpages today – you can always tell – I’m cussing up a storm! That’s what I get for doing it by hand I guess!

It’s worth it though – the “old” Halloween and Samhain clip art pages are back up!

Okay, let me just heave a sigh of relief over that task!

Now if you really wanted to do something nice for the artist here (hint hint) you’d go have a look at the Halloween and Samhain greeting cards and postage in Zazzle store or maybe you’d be more interested in checking out my Halloween/Samhain lenses at Squidoo:

Yes, and there are free printable halloween coloring pages at Color-Your-Own.com.

There – I’ve promo-ed you half to death! I will be doing some new coloring pages, and probably some new halloween samhain clip art, too – as well as some new products at Zazzle. If you have any requests, feel free to ask!

Free clip art released to the public domain

Welcome to my free clip art blog! My name is Summer Fey Foovay and I am a self-taught artist (and writer, and webdesigner). It didn’t take me long after being introduced to computers and the Internet before I started playing with creating art on the computer, as well as scanning in my hand created artwork. I started a little site to share my art as clip art called Demented-Pixie Graphics and it grew and grew. One day I found myself on the first page of Google for Dog Clip art and Cat Clip art! I was so excited!

Then my webhost sort of exploded. Or something. All my sites went down and stayed down for a period of time while I had to find a new host. At the time I was working a Just-Over-Broke (J.O.B.) outside the home so it has taken me a really long time to get things up and running again.

The clip art site is now in progress. I put up one of the old sections at a time as often as I can. I am also still steadily adding new original clip art.

One big change is that I have now released all the art work to public domain. I was constantly finding my art used with no link back, no credit, and even claimed as someone else’s work. Not to mention bandwidth theft. Well, you can’t steal it from me if I just give it all away. So go for it. Now I don’t have to stress over it any more.

If you DO happen to think that using my artwork is a worthwhile priveledge, you are more than welcome to donate, or buy something for me from my wishlist.

Anyway, I’ll be posting here whenever I add new clip art – or get another section back up on the website. It is still under construction. It was a very large site when it went down, and I am using this opportunity to clean it up and make it more uniform, organized and (I hope) useful.
