Jigsaw Puzzles for adults and children
A few days ago my latest Zazzle order arrived. This is one of the puzzles I designed, and this is the first time I’ve ordered one of the jigsaw puzzles with the tin. The price is higher, and the puzzle itself is only 8 x 10 rather than 10 x 14.
This is how it looked when I opened up the box:

Myself, this doesn’t really look like much of a packing job. But everything was fine, so I guess I shouldn’t complain.
Upon opening the tin I found a note about taking the pieces apart, like comes with the flat shipped 10×14 puzzles from Zazzle. The pieces were actually already taken apart and loose inside the tin. There were a few that had been missed, no big deal, and only one like this:

So I won’t complain about that – I had one like that in the flat puzzle I broke apart myself. Given that I ordered the product right before Christmas, I’m sure they were being rushed. The tin is round – for some reason I had envisioned a little square box. It is 6 1/2 inches in diameter, and about 3 inches tall. The puzzle rattles around looking quite spare – but the tin will be nice for cookies, candy, or whatnots if you’d rather.
Here’s the tin and a bit of the puzzle.

If you’d like to order this puzzle you can find it here in my Zazzle Jigsaw Puzzle store.
I am very pleased with these jigsaw puzzles from Zazzle. My brilliant DH got my old laptop to give up our photos from the last several years of traveling about New Mexico and got them transferred over here to my new computer. So my next job is to sit down, sort through, chose the best and resize and such to create lots and lots of great Zazzle jigsaw puzzles to share!
It’s very easy to make your own from your own photos, too. There is a link to the left here that will take you off to do just that. Now I hope to get some work done today, as well as a bit of “first of the year” stuff. I’ve already sorted the file drawers and put 2011 in a storage box. I’m going to be going through some more books and magazines, and then doing some work on some other websites. If you’re interested in my other work, do drop by at Foovay’s Cauldron and check it out!
