This three day festival of jigsaw puzzles raised an amazing 3,000+ British pounds for charity! People were encouraged both to donate puzzles, and to complete puzzles for a score. This would be a lovely and different festival and fund raising idea for any cause that involves retired people, or people who are “thinkers” who love quiet activities like jigsaw puzzles rather than physical activities like basketball or sales and bake offs.
